Adriatic Neural Network LLC (“ANN,” “we,” “us”) operates neuralai.agency. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Only what you choose to send through our contact form: your name, email, company (optional), the service you’re interested in, and your message. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels that identify you, and this site has no user accounts or database.

To read and respond to your inquiry — that’s it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How we share it
Your message is delivered to our inbox by email through Resend, our email-delivery provider. We don’t share your information with anyone else. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Data security & retention
The site is served over HTTPS. Contact submissions aren’t stored in a database — they’re delivered to our inbox and deleted once your inquiry is resolved.
5. Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of further contact. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). To exercise any of these, email travone@neuralai.agency.
6. Children
Our services are for businesses; we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
